From inside the app
Delete the account
Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This deletes your sign-in credentials and the copy of your records stored in your account area, in one operation. You may be asked to sign in again first — that is the identity check, not an extra step we could skip.
Uninstall
Nothing about you exists outside your phone, so removing the app removes everything. Android deletes the app's database along with the app.
Export first if you want to keep a copy. Settings → Export data writes every subscription, payment and income entry to a JSON file you choose the location of. Deletion cannot be undone.
What is deleted, and when
| Data | Deleted | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Subscriptions, payments, income, settings held in your account | Yes | Immediately |
| Email address and sign-in credentials | Yes | Immediately |
| The database on your phone | Yes | When you uninstall or clear app storage |
| Server backups held by our hosting provider | Yes | Within 30 days, as those backups rotate out |
| Advertising data held by Google | Not ours to delete | Reset the advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, and withdraw consent in Settings → Ad privacy options |
SubDesk keeps no separate analytics store, no marketing list and no shadow copy of your records. There is nothing left over once the two rows above are done.
By email, if you cannot open the app
mardevlopm@gmail.com
Write from the address on your account with the subject line Delete my SubDesk data. We confirm within 30 days, as the GDPR requires. If you write from a different address we will have to ask you to verify ownership of the account first — otherwise anyone could delete anyone's data by knowing an email address.
